NANOSIMAS Referral Program

Terms and Conditions:

1. Program Period: March 8th – 31st, 2024
2. Winners of this program will be randomly selected. Potential winners are users who meet both of the following conditions:
   1. Users complete the registration stage in the Nanovest application using the referral code: NANOSIMAS
   2. Users have made a Top-Up transaction with a minimum amount of Rp 25,000
3. 20 lucky and eligible individuals will be selected as winners as described.
4. The announcement of the winners will be made on April 3rd, 2024, via the official Instagram account @Nanovest.io
5. Each winner will only receive a maximum of 1 (one) prize from this program.
6. One smartphone device can only be used by a maximum of 1 (one) Nanovest user account.
7. The selection of winners in this program is entirely at the final decision of Nanovest and cannot be contested.
8. Nanovest, at its discretion, reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this program at any time with prior notice.
9. Nanovest, at its discretion, reserves the right to cancel the award if there are transactions or activities suspected of containing suspicious elements and/or fraud and/or cheating against the promo terms and conditions as well as the terms and conditions on the Nanovest application.
10. By participating in this program, each user declares to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions applicable to this promo and the Nanovest application.
11. Nanovest is fully responsible for this ongoing program and declares that this program is in no way affiliated with any application service provider or any other party.
